​Greenwich Little Learning Hub was founded by Anne Green, an early childhood educator whose 35-year career has influenced countless children, families and educators across Australia. Anne believed deeply that “children are not preparing for life — they are living it right now,” and her commitment to child rights, inclusive practice and high-quality education continues to shape everything we do.
Our organisation grew from Anne’s vision of creating consistent, research-based, professionally led centres where every child’s voice is valued and every educator is supported. Today, we honour her legacy through reflective practice, collaboration, and a steadfast commitment to excellence.
Our Founder
A Passion for Children and Community
Anne Green’s journey began in the early 1980s as a volunteer in a small community preschool. From her very first day, she was captivated by the joy, curiosity and capability of young children. She believed every child deserved to feel safe, respected and valued — a belief that guided her career for more than 35 years. In 2015, Anne established Greenwich Little Learning Hub with a vision of creating a national model of excellence in early childhood education. She imagined centres that would not only meet the NQF standards, but lead the way in innovation, equity and reflective practice.

Today, Anne continues to inspire our teams with her belief in integrity, equity, connection and the power of play. Her story is woven into every classroom, every interaction, and every decision we make.
